PAY THE EASY WAY
Once you’ve made your airline reservation through CEB’s call center, pay for it via any Megalink ATM or Megalink member bank (see list opposite). These payment centers are open 24/7, making it very convenient. It’s perfect if you don’t have credit cards or Internet access to pay online. Just follow the three easy steps below
1 Book your flight Call the Cebu Pacific Call Center at tel: 702 0888 to make a flight reservation. Next, simply choose how you wish to receive your booking, then provide your agent with your cellphone number, fax number or email address. Booking for more than two people? Choose email or fax alert instead of SMS to allow for more characters. Or the CEB’s airport sales office can give you a print-out of your itinerary.
2 Remember your 14-digit code Your CEB agent will give this to you to present at the payment center
3 Head to your preferred payment center Tell them your 14-digit code and then pay for your reservation. The payment center will issue you a transaction number. As soon as your payment has been posted, you will receive a confirmation via your requested mode of communication. Now all you have to do is present the fax, email printout or text message containing your itinerary to the staff at the airport check-in counter.
Cebu Pacific launches more flights

Drop by Dipolog
In its constant effort to meet their passengers, growing needs, Cebu Pacific has increased the frequency of its services from Manila to Bacolod, Tacloban, Cotabato, and Dipolog. The airline also expanded its route network from Cebu with the launch of its direct Cebu-General Santos (GenSan) service last August 15.
The three-times weekly Cebu-GenSan service will operate every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This flight departs from Cebu at 10:20am and arrives in GenSan at 11:30am. It leaves GenSan at 12nn and arrives back in Cebu at 1:10pm.

More reason to visit Bacolod
CEB’s Manila-Bacolod service has increased from 21 to 24 flights per week, while its Manila-Tacloban service has grown from 21 to 25 flights weekly. The carrier has also upped its number of flights to Cotabato from five times a week to daily, while Manila-Dipolog has added an extra flight with its new five times a week frequency.

Cebu Pacific takes off from Terminal 3

CEB travellers at the opening
Cebu Pacific (CEB) recently transferred its domestic and international operations to Terminal 3 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA-3). During the opening, CEB passengers received goodies courtesy of URC, Nescafe, Malayan, Pepsi, Hot Loops, and Colgate-Palmolive.

The new NAIA-T3
“The new terminal will be able to accommodate our growing passenger base and more importantly, offer a better passenger experience,” says Candice Iyog, CEB VP for marketing and product. Compared to the Domestic Terminal, the spanking new NAIA-3 offers a more spacious check-in area, with 28 state-of-the-art counters allocated to Cebu Pacific as compared to 22 counters at the cramped check-in section of the Domestic Terminal. What’s more, there are nine boarding gates now – that’s five more than the domestic airport’s four. CEB currently operates 848 domestic flights and 230 international flights per week. “Now that we will be flying both domestic and international services under one roof, we will be able to see some operational efficiencies and offer our passengers an even better product,” emphasises Lance Gokongwei, the airline’s president and chief executive officer.
DIY VACATIONS, ANYONE?
Cebu Pacific partnered with EzRez Software Inc., a company with one of the largest travel inventory networks, to build a vacation packaging suite on CEB’s website. “Cebupacificair.com will be the one-stop-shop for all of their travel related needs,” says Lance Gokongwei, CEB president and chief executive officer. GROWING BY LEAPS AND BOUNDS
Cebu Pacific is the fourth fastest growing airline in the world, according to Airline Business Magazine’s August 2008 issue. The publication also cited the airline as the fastest growing low cost carrier (LCC). CEB, which flies to 24 domestic destinations and 16 countries, flew 5.5 million passengers in 2007 – a 58 per cent increase over the figure in 2006. Despite rising fuel costs, CEB expects to fly seven million people in 2008.
