Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2009

Around 50,000 runners are expected to participate in this year’s marathon, which will start at the Esplanade Bridge, passing by city landmarks such as the Singapore Flyer and the F1 pit building, and end in St Andrew’s Road. With seven categories that range from the Full Marathon (42km) to the Wheelchair Race (10km) and the Standard Chartered Kids Dash, it is hoped to raise over S$350,000 for the less fortunate in the community.
