To qualify, entrants must fly on Cebu Pacific between January 1 and February 28, 2009, and keep their boarding pass as proof of travel. Guests must log on to www.cebusmile.com, and fill in the online survey. Gift certificates are valid for three months from the date of issue. Tickets are valid for six months once exchanged, and are dependant on the availability of Cebu Pacific flights. The ticket is not valid for travel on EMBARGO dates or during peak season. After the tickets are issued, they are no longer transferable and are non-reroutable, non-rebookable and non-convertible to cash and NOT FOR SALE.
